Enjoy! This is my new favorite snack.
- 1⁄2 cup no-salt added canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped oregano
- Dash of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1. Heat oven to 425°F.
- 2. Place the chickpeas on a sheet tray and toss with the olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook until edges are brown, approximately12 minutes.
- 4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
